  • How will the package be delivered?

    International shipping - Delivery to the address...6 EUR
    All EU countries.
    We have all the opals in stock. The shipment is carefully packed and sent as soon as possible. Usually the next day after ordering.

  • How can I pay for the order? 

    Payment by card
    Online card payment. VISA, Mastercard, QR payment. After confirming the order, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.

    Bank transfer
    International payment using IBAN.

    PayPal payment is not possible in the order.
    It is possible to issue a PayPal invoice for the required opal. If you are interested in PayPal payment, contact us at or use our contact form. Contact form 

  • Can I track my order?

    International shipping As soon as the consignment is sent, you will receive information about the sending of the consignment by e-mail, where there will also be a link for tracking the consignment.

  • When do I receive opals?

    We have all goods in stock and we send orders within a maximum of 3 working days.
    In most orders, we ship the day after ordering the goods.
    If you order before 10:00 on a working day, we can send the shipment the same day.
    Delivery may vary by country of destination. 3-7 days is the average delivery of shipments to the EU.
